1. What the warranty covers

Our lifetime warranty covers defects linked to normal use of the garment, under proper care conditions. Here’s what is included:

  • Holes or abnormal fraying of the fabric

  • Abnormal fading or dulling of color

  • Seams coming undone

  • Collar or sleeves losing shape

  • Logo fading or peeling (if present)

  • Accidental stains or snags

  • Persistent deodorant marks


2. Fair replacement policy

To ensure fairness and durability for everyone, we apply a structured replacement policy for specific cases:

  • 1 replacement per year for accidental damage (stains, snags, etc.)

  • 1 replacement per month for deodorant marks

This rule is in place to prevent abuse while keeping the policy accessible and fair.


3. What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Intentional damage or misuse of the garment

  • Alterations (dyeing, cutting, custom printing, etc.)

  • Loss or theft of the product

  • Improper care (washing above 30°C, tumble-drying, etc.)

  • Intensive professional or non-standard use

We do not require proof of intent.
We choose trust.
We believe the vast majority of our customers are honest and responsible.


4. Coverage depending on the issue

A. In case of product defect or abnormal wear

  • Everfyt covers 100% of the costs (return + new shipment).

  • A prepaid return label will be provided.

  • The replacement is free, with no fees or complicated paperwork.

B. In case of accidental damage (stains, snags, deodorant…)

  • The replacement is covered under the warranty.

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.

  • The shipment of the new T-shirt is covered by Everfyt.


5. How to make a claim

  1. Send an email to contact@everfyt.com including:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product concerned

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Our team will respond within 48 business hours to approve or decline the request based on the warranty conditions.

  3. If approved, we’ll send you the procedure to follow for the return, depending on the issue.

  4. Once received and checked, we’ll ship you a new identical T-shirt (same fit, size, color).


6. Important notes

  • This warranty is valid for life, as long as the T-shirt is used under normal conditions.

  • Everfyt reserves the right to refuse non-compliant or abusive claims (e.g. excessive returns, repeated unjustified damage, etc.).

  • This warranty applies only to orders placed directly on www.everfyt.com.
